The platform’s representatives presented new functionalities such as RoomGoal, Chatting Services and referral links, highlighting their impact on sales optimization and operational management. In terms of image, two cosmetologists, experts in hair micropigmentation, eyebrows and lips, emphasized the importance of aesthetic and professional projection in front of the camera to improve engagement and transmission.
The day included a space for questions that allowed to solve real concerns and strengthen the closeness with the community. Later, during lunch, the 20th anniversary of the platform was celebrated in an atmosphere of integration and collective recognition.
