Hardware minimums and recommended requirements:

• You will need a PC or MAC (desktop or laptop). Our latest software also works on IOS and Android devices such as smartphones, tablets etc.
• To be able to provide the best streaming quality, you need a device with minimum of a quad core processor at 2.5Ghz or more with 4GB RAM memory or more. Remember that these are minimum requirements, for example if you broadcast on multiple platforms you will need a more powerful device.
• Our software solutions work on any operating system such as Windows, MAC OS, IOS, Android, Linux etc. It will work from any device that has a browser and camera.
• A High speed Internet connection, with a recommended 3Mbs or more download/upload bandwidth. The higher the streaming quality, the higher will be the demand on your internet bandwidth!
• A good quality WebCam (latest Logitech webcams are most recommended) or CamCorder (Sony, Panasonic etc) for advanced users (CamCorders may require additional equipment like capture cards and so on).
• A microphone. (This is optional as most of webcams has an integrated microphone; same for the mobile devices)
• Internet browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc.

If you have chosen Paxum, WebMoney, XLC-Card to be paid, you must know that Paxum, WebMoney, XLC-Card are external providers, therefore as soon as we send the payment to these providers they become responsible for your funds. Payments are made 5 business days after the end of the billing period.

Remember that with Bank transfers, the payments are always processed on the 1st business day after the end of the period.

Important: the name and surname given to the payment service provider or your bank must be identical to those on your contract.
